Jeff texted us from our website to have us attend to his furnace and complete his annual Furnace system check, taking advantage of our $58 August furnace check special. Keevin, HVAC service technician, attended to the call and performed the system check, including a thorough evaluation of Jeff’s system. During his evaluation, he noticed that the water heater was 21 years old, about 11 years past safe life expectancy for a tank style water heater, and he brought that to Jeff’s attention. Keevin prepared some options for Jeff selected a Noritz tankless water heater. We dispatched Rob and Joel from our plumbing team the next day and they went to work with some support from Bryan in our electrical department.
